MASYARAKAT MADANI: Jurnal Kajian Islam dan Pengembangan Masyarakat printed on P-ISSN: 2338-607X | E-ISSN: 2656-7741 is an open access journal published twice a year (June and December) by the Da'wah and Communication Faculty of Universitas Islam Negeri Sultan Syarif Kasim Riau, as a medium of scientific communication between researchers, analysts, practitioners, students, lecturers and others. The Masyarakat Madani Journal focuses on publishing original research articles, reviewing articles from contributors, both the results of literature research and field research that develop concepts and theories about current phenomena related to da'wah and community development.

The main objective of this journal is to provide a platform for international scholars, academics and researchers to share contemporary thoughts in the field of da'wah and community development which includes social and environmental fields, religious institutions, social entrepreneurship and community empowerment. It also aims to promote community development studies to the wider community, thereby becoming the leading international journal in the field of da'wah and community development in the world.

Starting in 2019, all articles submitted to journals must be written in Indonesian and English. Authors are encouraged to proofread their manuscript for EYD and clarity before submitting. Work may not be published elsewhere or submitted for publication. The official languages of manuscripts published in Masyarakat Madani journals are Indonesian and English.
