Optimalisasi Sumber Daya Manusia: Memetakan Keterlibatan Mahasiswa UT dalam Percepatan Suistainable Development Goals (Sdgs) di Tengah Resesi Ekonomi

Abstract


Penelitian ini memiliki dua aspek utama, yakni analisis kesiapan Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) dalam konteks percepatan Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) 2025, khususnya terkait isu resesi ekonomi, dan pemetaan jumlah SDM mahasiswa di Universitas Terbuka (UT) untuk mendukung SDGs. Dalam analisis kesiapan SDM terkait SDGs 2025 dan isu resesi ekonomi, kami menemukan beberapa faktor penting. Pertama, mayoritas responden memiliki pemahaman yang beragam mengenai SDM dalam situasi resesi ekonomi, dengan kesadaran akan peran krusial SDM dalam mengatasi resesi dan mencapai SDGs. Kedua, responden mengakui pentingnya investasi dalam pengembangan SDM dalam menghadapi resesi. Ketiga, pengetahuan sebelumnya tentang pengembangan SDM terkait SDGs bervariasi, menunjukkan potensi untuk peningkatan pemahaman. Keempat, akses terhadap teknologi yang mendukung pemahaman SDM memiliki keterbatasan yang signifikan. Kelima, minat untuk meningkatkan SDM dalam konteks resesi ekonomi cukup tinggi. Hasil pemetaan jumlah SDM mahasiswa UT mengungkapkan hal-hal penting lainnya. UT memiliki jumlah mahasiswa yang signifikan dengan latar belakang pendidikan dan keterampilan yang beragam, yang dapat menjadi potensi besar dalam mendukung berbagai target SDGs. Namun, diperlukan upaya untuk meningkatkan kesadaran dan pemahaman mahasiswa terkait SDGs dan kontribusi mereka. Selain itu, pemetaan ini mengidentifikasi kebutuhan pengembangan keterampilan khusus yang relevan dengan tujuan SDGs, seperti keterampilan kepemimpinan dan teknologi. Untuk memaksimalkan kontribusi mahasiswa UT dalam mendukung SDGs, kami merekomendasikan serangkaian tindakan. Pertama, UT harus mengintegrasikan konsep SDGs dalam kurikulum dan melakukan kampanye kesadaran teratur. Kedua, UT perlu mengevaluasi dan memperbarui kurikulum dengan memasukkan pelatihan keterampilan yang relevan dengan SDGs. Ketiga, UT harus menjalin kemitraan dengan organisasi terkait SDGs dan memberikan pengalaman praktis kepada mahasiswa melalui proyek-proyek terkait SDGs. Keempat, UT harus memperluas sumber daya pengembangan karier dan menyediakan informasi tentang peluang kerja yang mendukung pembangunan berkelanjutan. Kelima, UT harus mendorong inovasi dan penelitian mahasiswa dalam solusi ekonomi berkelanjutan. Terakhir, UT dapat menyelenggarakan program mentoring dan bimbingan oleh para profesional berpengalaman. Dengan menerapkan rekomendasi ini, UT dapat memanfaatkan potensi mahasiswanya sebagai agen perubahan yang kuat dalam mendukung SDGs, terutama dalam menghadapi tantangan resesi ekonomi, dan berperan penting dalam mencapai tujuan pembangunan berkelanjutan ini.
