Arsitektur Sistem Chatbot untuk Penyelesaian Sengketa Daring pada Divisi Profesi dan Pengamanan Kepolisian Negara Republik Indonesia

Abstract


Pemanfaatan teknologi pada saat ini dapat digunakan didalam segala bidang termasuk pada bidang pelayanan publik. Salah satu tantangan penerapan teknologi pada sistem hukum khususnya pelayanan publik seperti Kepolisian Negara Republik Indonesia (Polri) adalah bagaimana menerapkan sistem informasi dengan peraturan yang ada namun tetap mematuhi prinsip dari sistem informasi. Penyelesaian sengketa yang dapat dilakukan secara online merupakan salah satu inovasi yang membantu proses bisnis hukum untuk menyelesaikan kasus hukum yang dapat diterapkan Polri untuk meningkatkan pelayanan publik. Tulisan ini mencoba menjelaskan bagaimana penerapan sistem informasi untuk penyelesaian sengketa secara online berbasiskan chatbot kepada Polri dalam penyelesaian kasus tugas profesi polisi dari laporan masyarakat. Aspek kunci yang akan dibahas dalam makalah ini tidak hanya sistem informasi tetapi juga aspek regulasi sebagai bagian integral dari good governance dalam pelayanan publik.
