Lembaga Pendidikan Islam Terpadu Menciptakan Competitive Advantage: Studi Kasus di Sekolah Dasar

Abstract


This article describes competition between educational institutions which is getting tougher due to the rise of existing educational institutions. The facts that occur in the field show the emergence of new educational institutions, including the growing integrated Islamic education. On the one hand, this is a positive signal for great attention to the world of education, but on the other hand competition between educational institutions is increasingly attractive. This article was written using a descriptive qualitative approach. The author uses this approach because he wants to analyze and explain how the invitation of integrated Islamic institutions faces competitive advantage. The type of research used is library research. This research was conducted using library data collection methods. Searching the existing literature and studying it carefully is an activity that is needed in doing research. The results of the study show that the current school branding trend is needed in the education business which makes integrated educational institutions must be able to set strategies to get a good image from the community. Making a strategy in school quality assurance is useful for managing schools to be able to compete, one of which is by pursuing a quality assurance strategy in an integrated education system. Strategies to win competition in competitive advantage can be carried out by integrated Islamic schools as a tactic in developing institutions.
