School Well-Being Ditinjau Dari Determinasi Diri dan Kepercayaaan Siswa Kepada Guru

Abstract


Penelitian ini bertujuan menguji pengaruh determinasi diri dan kepercayaan siswa kepada guru terhadap school well-being siswa SMP swasta di Yogyakarta. Desain penelitian yang dipilih adalah penelitian survei kuantitatif. Responden penelitian adalah siswa sebuah SMP swasta di Yogyakarta. Instrumen penelitian terdiri dari Skala School Well-Being, Skala Determinasi Diri, dan Skala Kepercayaan Siswa kepada Guru. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan determinasi diri dan kepercayaan siswa kepada guru berpengaruh sangat signifikan terhadap school well-being (nilai F sebesar 29,155 dan taraf signifikansi 0,000 (p<0,01)). Secara parsial determinasi diri tidak berpengaruh terhadap school well-being (nilai t sebesar 0,937 dan taraf signifikansi 0,352 (p>0,05)). Kepercayaan siswa terhadap guru secara parsial berpengaruh sangat signifikan terhadap school well-being (nilai t sebesar 6,861 dan taraf signifikansi 0,000 (p<0,01)). Hasil penelitian ini berimplikasi terhadap pentingnya menumbuhkan determinasi diri dan kepercayaan siswa kepada guru dalam meningkatkan school well-being siswa.
