Pengaruh Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) dan Persepsi Atas Dukungan Organisasi terhadap Knowledge Sharing dan Jenis Kelamin sebagai Moderator pada Karyawan PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk, Kandatel Yogyakarta

Abstract


Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh Organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) dan persepsi atas dukungan organisasi terhadap perilaku knowledge sharing dan jenis kelamin sebagai moderator pada karyawan. Subjek adalah karyawan di PT.Telekomunikasi Indonesia Kandatel Yogyakarta, sebanyak 101 orang, yakni laki-laki 57 orang dan 44 perempuan. Teknik yang digunakan untuk menganalisa data adalah teknik SEM dengan menggunakan maximum likelihood estimation. Hasil pengujian hipotesis adalah, pertama tidak terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dari Organizational citizenship behaviour (OCB) terhadap tacit knowledge sharing, dengan nilai p=0,708. Kedua ada pengaruh yang sangat signifikan variabel OCB terhadap Explicit knowledge sharing dengan jenis kelamin sebagai moderator, dengan nilai p=0,000 dan besarnya sumbangan efektifnya sebesar 5%. Ketiga tidak ada pengaruh yang sangat signifikan dari persepsi atas dukungan organisasi terhadap tacit knowledge sharing, dengan nilai signifikan p=0,114 dengan sumbangan efektif sebesar 1,4 %. Dan hipotesis berikutnya menyebutkan bahwa persepsi atas dukungan organisasi mempengaruhi secara signifikan explicit knowledge sharing, dengan nilai p=0,000 dan sumbangan efektif nya adalah sebesar 64%. Sedangkan persepsi atas dukungan organisasi terhadap Explicit knowledge sharing dengan jenis kelamin sebagai moderator juga berpengaruh secara signifikan, dengan nilai p=0,006 dan sumbangan efektif sebesar 17%.
