Praktik Komunikasi Terapeutik dan Potensi Telemedicine dalam Sistem Layanan Kesehatan di Lembaga Pembinaan Khusus Anak (LPKA) Sumatera Barat

Abstract


Layanan kesehatan di Lembaga Pembinaan Khusus Anak (LPKA) berperan penting dalam memenuhi hak dasar anak didik pemasyarakatan, terutama terkait akses perawatan fisik dan mental. Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi praktik layanan kesehatan di LPKA Klas II Tanjung Pati, Sumatera Barat, serta potensi pemanfaatan teknologi digital dalam mendukung layanan tersebut. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara dengan tenaga kesehatan dan Andikpas, observasi, serta studi literatur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya tantangan seperti keterbatasan tenaga medis, fasilitas yang minim, kurangnya program kesehatan berkelanjutan, serta hambatan komunikasi. Telemedicine dipandang sebagai solusi inovatif yang dapat memperluas akses, mencatat data kesehatan secara terintegrasi, dan meningkatkan literasi kesehatan. Namun, implementasi teknologi menghadapi kendala seperti infrastruktur yang belum memadai, literasi digital rendah, dan kesulitan komunikasi terapeutik secara virtual. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan pelatihan, penguatan infrastruktur digital, dan kolaborasi lintas sektor untuk mendukung layanan kesehatan yang inklusif dan berkelanjutan di LPKA.
