Pengembangan Desain Kursi Busway Menggunakan Pendekatan Kansei Engineering
Abstract
Perusahaan penyedia jasa layanan transportasi diminta untuk dapat memberikan pelayanan yang terbaik agar dapat memuaskan para konsumen. Kenyamanan fasilitas merupakan salah satu faktor penting untuk memenangkan persaingan dengan penyedia jasa layanan transportasi lainnya. Salah satu perhatian utama dari konsumen adalah fasilitas kursi penumpang karena penumpang menghabiskan sebagian besar waktunya di kursi penumpang. Pada penelitian ini, kursi penumpang busway dijadikan objek penelitian dengan tujuan mendapatkan alternatif desain dengan cara mengidentifikasi voice of customers dengan model kansei engineering. Pengumpulan data primer dilakukan di wilayah Jabodetabek dengan menggunakan instrumen penelitian. Data yang diperoleh dari instrumen penelitian diolah secara analisis statistik. Hasil analisis dinilai secara desain dan teknikal dengan pendekatan KE sehingga diperoleh identifikasi desain kursi penumpang busway yang ergonomis dan sesuai kognitif konsumen. Pengembanagn desain dilakukan berdasarkan 5 (lima) faktor product properties yaitu daya tahan, fitur kenyamanan, ukuran, aspek fungsional dan estetika desain.
