Rancangan Ergonomis Alat Bantu Cuci Mobil
Abstract
Aktivitas mencuci mobil yang dilakukan oleh operator ternyata dapat mengakibatkan musculoskeletal disorders terutama pada punggung dan pinggang. Penelitian lapangan dilakukan langsung di lokasi pencucian pada salah satu unit usaha di Jakarta. pengumpulan data mengambil postur tubuh operator saat bekerja selanjutnya diukur tingkat risiko ergonomi dengan menggunakan metode REBA. Hasil penelitian ini diperoleh skor awal 8 termasuk risiko tinggi dan memerlukan tindakan segera. Untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut, dirancang alat bantu pencucian mobil berdasarkan data antropometri operator. Berdasarkan analisa ergonomi diperoleh skor akhir menjadi 3 dengan tingkat risiko rendah sesuai target perancangan alat bantu.
Car washing activities carried out by operators can actually cause musculoskeletal disorders, especially in the back and waist. Field research was carried out directly at the washing location in one of the business units in Jakarta. data collection takes the operator's posture while working and then measures the level of ergonomic risk using the REBA method. The results of this study obtained an initial score of 8 including high risk and requiring immediate action. To overcome this problem, a car wash tool was designed based on the operator's anthropometric data. Based on the ergonomics analysis, the final score became 3 with a low risk level according to the design target of the tool.
