Peran Religious Coping terhadap Psychological Distress pada Mahasiswa: Scooping Review

Abstract


Psychological distress atau tekanan psikologis adalah permasalahan umum yang dialami oleh mahasiswa ditandai dua gejala utama yaitu kecemasan dan depresi. Salah satu cara untuk mengurangi gejala psychological distrees adalah menggunakan  religious coping. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah melakukan review studi literatur mengenai peran religious coping terhadap psychological distress. Penelitian ini  menggunakan metode scooping review berdasarkan petunjuk PRISMA dan penelusuran artikel melalui tiga database yaitu scopus, sciencedirect serta tandfonline. Pencarian menggunakan kata kunci religious coping, psychological distress serta student college. Artikel dipilih dari publikasi kurun waktu 2012-2023, open access serta berbahasa ingris. Hasil penelitian didapatkan 12 artikel yang relevan mengenai peran religious coping terhadap psychological distresspada mahasiswa. Secara keseluruhan, hasil analisis menyebutkan bahwa religious coping berkorelasi negatif dengan gejala psychological distress. Latar belakang mahasiwa (asal negara, agama, faktor penyebab psychological distress)  juga mempengaruhi penggunaan religious coping
