Keinginan untuk Tetap Bertahan Gen Z: Peran Kesejahteraan di Tempat Kerja

Abstract


Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menyelidiki peran kesejahteraan di tempat kerja terhadap niat Gen Z untuk bertahan. Intention to stay mengacu pada kecenderungan seseorang untuk bertahan dalam organisasi tempatnya bekerja dalam jangka waktu yang lebih lama. Workplace well-being merupakan rasa sejahtera yang diperoleh dari pekerjaan yang berkaitan dengan perasaan pekerja secara umum. Desain survei cross-sectional digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui Google form yang dibagikan kepada pegawai di wilayah Jabodetabek berusia 20-26 tahun dengan pengalaman kerja minimal 1 tahun dan pendidikan terakhir SMA atau sederajat. Kuesioner yang diselesaikan, diperoleh 160 jawaban. Instrumen pengukuran keinginan untuk tetap bertahan menggunakan skala Intention to Stay Scale dan kesejahteraan di tempat kerja diukur dengan Work Well-Being Questionnaire. Analisis statistik yang digunakan adalah statistik deskriptif, statistik korelasi Pearson, Confirmatory Factor Analysis, dan regresi eksponensial. Ada peran positif dan signifikan kesejahteraan di tempat kerja terhadap niat untuk bertahan di Gen Z Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ketika karyawan merasa diperhatikan, dihargai, dan didukung di tempat kerja, mereka cenderung memiliki niat yang lebih tinggi untuk tetap bekerja.
