Kontrol Optimal untuk Model SIR Campak dengan Imunisasi Menggunakan Prinsip Minimum Pontryagin

Abstract


Measles is an infectious disease that still often affects most people, especially infants and children. Measles can be prevented by providing immunization in the form of basic immunization and further immunization which is part of the government program. This study aims to reduce the spread of measles while minimizing the cost of immunization by adding a controller to the SIR model of measles disease spread. The method used is the Pontryagin minimum principle. Based on the research conducted, the results showed that the addition of controls in the model proved effective in reducing the number of susceptible populations and was able to reduce the rate in the infected compartment, and the recovered population increased faster. In addition, the value of the proportion of the immunized population affects the effectiveness of the control. The larger the value, the better the control.
