Efektivitas Program Resolusi Konflik Untuk Meningkatkan Kemampuan Pemecahan Masalah Sosial Siswa Yang Terlibat Perilaku Bullying

Abstract


Kemampuan memecahkan masalah sosial penting dimiliki oleh siswa terutama ketika
berinteraksi dengan teman-temannya. Kurang kemampuan ini berakibat terjadi masalah interaksi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat efektivitas program resolusi konflik dalam meningkatkan kemampuan memecahkan masalah sosial pada siswa. Penelitian dilakukan dengan metode eksperimen dan subjeknya adalah siswa yang terlibat perilaku bullying yang berjumlah 24 orang. Ditemukan bahwa kemampuan memecahkan
masalah sosial meningkat secara signifikan pada kelompok eksperimen. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa program resolusi konflik efektif digunakan untuk meningkatkan
kemampuan memecahkan masalah sosial pada siswa.
