MODEL PROPAGASI KANAL RADIO BERGERAK PADA GSM FREKUENSI 900 MHZ DI DAERAH TALUK KUANTAN

Pemodelan propagasi merupakan bagian yang paling penting dalam merancang suatu jaringan komunikasi bergerak.Model propagasi diperlukan untuk menganalisis kondisi karakteristik propagasi pada suatu daerah tertentu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan model propagasi kanal radio bergerak pada frekuensi 900 Mhz di daerah Taluk Kuantan. Penelitian diawali dengan menentukan rute pengukuran, kemudian melakukan pengukuran daya terima, dilanjutkan dengan melakukan pengukuran jarak dari BTS ke MS, setelah mendapatkan jaraknya kemudian plot L (loss) terhadap d (jarak) menggunakan matlab 7.8.0 untuk mendapatkan model propagasi di daerah Taluk kuantan. Model propagasi yang didapatkan dalam penelitian ini adalah model linier L= 13,2 d + 136, model kuadratik L= -2,81 d2 + 19,9 d + 133 dan model kubik L= 5,08 d3 - 20 d2 + 36,8 d + 128. Pada penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan semakin jauh jaraknya, maka semakin tinggi lossnya untuk rentang yang jauh. Data hasil pengukuran dan data hasil perhitungan dengan menggunakan model-model yang ada menunjukkan bahwa model cost 231 merupakan model yang paling mendekati untuk daerah Taluk Kuantan.References
