Simulasi Pengendalian Volume Tangki menggunakan LabVIEW dan Arduino UNO
Abstract
ABSTRAK
Pemantauan level tangki cairan merupakan kegiatan vital pada beberapa industri seperti tambang atau migas . Pada artikel ini ditampilkan simulasi pengendalian volume air dalam tangki melalui pengaturan inlet (qin) melalui hardware yang terhubung pada arduino dengan GUI LabVIEW. Antarmuka antara LabVIEW dan Arduino diatur oleh adalah LabVIEW Interface for Arduino (LIFA) melalui koneksi serial melalui USB (COM9). Model tangki yang digunakan adalah masukan dan keluaran tunggal atau single input single output (SISO). Pada hasil simulasi, didapatkan dengan pengaturan nilai qouttertentu (0 – 5 liter/s) maka dapat dipantau volume tangki dengan mengendalikan qin (0 – 5 liter/s) melalui pengaturan potensiometer.

ABSTRACT
Liquid Level Tank Monitoring is an important and vital issue in many industries such mining or oil and gas. In this article shown a simulation water volume control in the tank by adjustment of hardware connected to Arduino and using GUI LabVIEW. The interface between LabVIEW and Arduino is drived by LabVIEW Interface for Arduino (LIFA) by using serial communication USB (COM9). Tank model used is a single input single output(SISO) tank. Result of this article, by adjust qin (water inlet, 0-5 liter/s) represented by potensiometer and determined value of qout (water outlet) ,then we can monitor and control water volume in the tank.
