Abstract

Metode fuzzy Tsukamoto merupakan aturan yang berbentuk “jika-maka” yang harus direpresentasikan dengan suatu himpunan fuzzy dengan fungsi keanggotaan yang monoton. Metode tersebut dapat diterapkan dalam menentukan jumlah produksi optimum sehingga tidak menghasilkan produksi tahu yang melebihi stock. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menggunakan metode fuzzy Tsukamoto untuk menentukan jumlah produksi optimum berdasarkan jumlah permintaan, jumlah persediaan dan jumlah bahan baku Industri Rumah Tangga Simpang Pulau, diperoleh nilai kebenaran mencapai 98,91%, sehingga dapat disimpulkan nilai kebenaran jumlah produksi menggunakan metode fuzzy Tsukamoto sangat baik
