Perceived Organization Support, Meaningful Work, Dan Employee Well-Being Sebagai Mediator Pada Karyawan Bank

Abstract


Penelitian ini bertujuan menguji pengaruh Perceived Organizational Support terhadap Meaningful Work dengan Employee well-being sebagai mediator. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survey. Skala dalam penelitian ini disebarkan secara online. Partisipan dalam penelitian ini adalah Karyawan Bank di salah satu bank di provinsi Aceh yang berjumlah 110 orang. Analisis data menggunakan structural  equation modelling (SEM) dengan Software  SmartPLS versi 4. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Perceived Organizational Support memiliki pengaruh terhadap Meaningful Work dan Employee well-being  terbukti memediasi antara variabel Perceived Organizational Support dan Meaningful Work.
