Adaptasi Social Connectedness Scale-Revised edisi Bahasa Indonesia
Abstract
Keterhubungan sosial adalah kesadaran subjektif individu terhadap seberapa dekat dirinya dengan kehidupan sosialnya secara menyeluruh (in toto). Keterhubungan sosial memiliki potensi untuk memprediksi harapan hidup, kesehatan mental yang lebih baik, lebih bahagia dan menjadi faktor protektif terhadap berbagai gangguan mental. Namun demikian, sampai saat ini instrumen pengukuran keterhubungan sosial dalam Bahasa Indonesia masih terbatas. Oleh karena itu, adaptasi instrumen keterhubungan sosial (SCS-R) yang aktual dan faktual diperlukan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengadaptasi skala SCS-R untuk dapat digunakan di Indonesia. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif, dengan jenis survey. Tahapan adaptasi terdiri dari persiapan, forward translation, reconciliation, back translation, back translation review, harmonization, cognitive debriefing, review dan finalisasi, proofreading dan diakhiri dengan penulisan laporan. Sebanyak 206 partisipan dengan usia 17 sampai 35 tahun terlibat dalam penelitian. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa edisi Bahasa Indonesia SCS-R memiliki daya beda dan reliabilitas yang baik (α=0.915). Hasil analisis dengan Principal component analysis (PCA) dengan fixed factor satu dimensi mampu menjelaskan varian sebesar 39,7%. Adapun hasil confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) mengonfirmasi bahwa adaptasi SCS-R edisi Bahasa Indonesia memenuhi cut-off good fit sesuai dengan konstrak originalnya. Dengan demikian, adaptasi SCS-R edisi Bahasa Indonesia dapat menjadi instrumen yang andal dalam mengukur keterhubungan sosial.
