Kontribusi Persepsi Terhadap Dukungan Organisasi Dan Resiliensi Karyawan Terhadap Keterikatan Kerja
Abstract
Sumber daya manusia dipandang sebagai aset yang sangat penting, karena manusia merupakan sumber daya yang dinamis dan selalu dibutuhkan dalam tiap proses produksi barang dan jasa. Persepsi terhadap dukungan organisasi merupakan salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi keterikatan kerja yang termasuk ke dalam kelompok sumber daya pekerjaan, yang mengacu pada aspek organisasi dari suatu pekerjaan yang dapat mengurangi tuntutan pekerjaan, meningkatkan kesempatan untuk berkembang dan mencapai tujuan dalam pekerjaan. Selain itu, resiliensi karyawan merupakan faktor lainnya yang termasuk ke dalam kelompok sumber daya personal, yang merupakan penilaian diri positif yang berkaitan dengan kemampuan individu dalam mengontrol lingkungan dan pekerjaannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji apakah persepsi terhadap dukungan organisasi dan resiliensi karyawan dapat memprediksi keterikatan kerja. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai Direktorat Sumber Daya Manusia dan Umum di kantor pusat Lembaga Penyiaran Publik Radio Republik Indonesia yang berjumlah 48 pegawai. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan teknik statistik regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa persepsi terhadap dukungan organisasi dan resiliensi karyawan berpengaruh sangat signifikan terhadap keterikatan kerja pada pegawai. Namun, persepsi terhadap dukungan organisasi secara terpisah memberikan kontribusi yang lebih besar daripada resiliensi karyawan.
