Pekerja Sif: antara Stres Kerja dan Kesejahteraan Psikologis di Tempat Kerja

Abstract


Kesejahteraan psikologis karyawan telah menjadi perhatian utama dalam bidang industri, namun masih belum banyak penelitian yang khusus menganalisis bagaimana kondisi psikologis pekerja sif yang rentan mengalami stres kerja saat bekerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh stres kerja terhadap kesejahteraan psikologis dengan metode kuantitatif dengan menggunakan skala Psychological Well-Being milik Ryff (2014) dan  skala Stres Kerja milik Parker dan DeCotiis (1983). Sebanyak 296 responden menunjukkan kategori kesejahteraan psikologis dan stres kerja berada pada kategori sedang. Berdasarkan hasil uji regresi linier sederhana menujukkan bahwa stres kerja berkontribusi sebasar 19 persen (F= 24.25) terhadap kesejahteraan psikologis dan semakin tinggi stres kerja semakin rendah kesejahteraan psikologis (B=-0.39). Pekerja sif perempuan dan pekerja yang berusia muda memiliki tingkat kesejahteraan psikologis yang tinggi, sedangkan pekerja yang berusia lanjut dan latar belakang pendidikan berhubungan signifikan dengan stres kerja
