Kebersyukuran Remaja Muslim Meningkatkan Kepuasan Hidup dan Suasana Hati Positif sebagai Cerminan Subjective Well Being

Abstrak

Kesejahteraan psikologis menjadi kondisi yang sangat penting bagi kehidupan remaja pada era globalisasi saat ini. Perkembangan teknologi dan pengaruh media sosial yang luar biasa memberikan tantangan tersendiri bagi kondisi psikologis mereka. Salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi tercapainya kondisi psikologis yang bahagia dan sejahtera atau subjective well-being pada individu adalah kebersyukuran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat bagaimana kebersyukuran mampu menciptakan subyektif well being atau kesejahteraan diri  pada remaja muslim yang terwujud dalam terciptanya kepuasan hidup dan suasana hati yang positif di dalam diri mereka. Partisipan penelitian merupakan 300 remaja muslim. Data penelitian diperoleh dengan menggunakan skala kebersyukuran dan skala subyektif well being. Analisa data yang digunakan menggunakan teknik product moment correlation. Hasil analisis menunjukkan adanya hubungan yang signifikan antara kepuasan hidup dan suasana hati dalam subyektif well being ditinjau dari kebersyukuran pada remaja muslim dengan koefisien korelasi (r) sebesar = 0,551 dengan nilai p = 0,000 p ≤ 0,05. Artinya semakin tinggi rasa kebersyukuran yang dialami oleh remaja muslim maka semakin tinggi kesejahteraan diri atau subyektif well being yang dirasakan yang ditunjukkan dengan tingginya rasa kepuasan hidup dan positifnya suasana hati remaja. Hal tersebut menggambarkan bahwa terciptanya kesejahteraan subyektif pada remaja yang terwujud dari memiliki kepuasan hidup dan selalu memiliki susasana hati yang positif tidak lepas dari kemampuan memupuk rasa kebersyukuran di dalam diri sendiri.
