Teknik Komunikasi Persuasif: Pendekatan Konseling Keluarga Dalam Mengatasi Konflik Poligami
Abstract
Poligami menjadi pernikahan yang sensitif dan kontrofersial dikalangan masyarakat, konseling keluarga dapat menjadi pilihan dalam menyelesaiakn konflik poligami dengan pendekatan komunikasi persuasif. Tujuan penelitian untuk mendeskripsikan konseling keluarga dengan pendekatan komunikasi persuasif dalam mengatasi konflik berpoligami. Penelitian bersifat kualitatif dengan tahapan: Menentukan pertanyaan, mengumpulkan data-data informan, mendapatkan data, dan laporan. Adapun yang menjadi informan ialah 3 orang suami berpoligami, dengan 3 orang istri yang dipoligami, dan 1 orang petugas masjid. Hasil penelitian berdasarkan hasil frequency query result bahwa poligami banyak dibicarakan oleh narasumber sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa berpoligami dapat dilakukan jika komuniksi yang digunakan sejalan atau diterima dengan baik oleh keluarga. Sedangkan konflik yang terjadi didalam keluarga berpoligami narasumber mampu mengatasinya dengan melakukan komunikasi untuk mendiskusikannya. Komunikasi persuasif juga berhasil menjadi pendekatan dalam menjalankan poligami. Seluruh narasumber menerapkan komunikasi yang baik dalam menyelesaikan konflik keluarga bepoligami, hal ini menjadi alasan istri meyetujui suami berpoligami. Meski masih banyak yang menentang poligami seluruh narasumber merasa hal yang dilakukan benar sesuai sunnah yang diperintahkan Allah. Meski seluruh narasumber tidak membutuhkan bantuan konseling keluarga akan tetapi mereka menerapkan metode konseling keluarga dalam pernikahan poligami dengan pendekatan komunikasi persuasif.
