Identifikasi Stan Twitter sebagai Komunitas Fandom yang dibayangkan

Abstract


Penelitian ini menjelaskan proses identifikasi komunitas fandom Inner Circle di Stan Twitter sebagai komunitas virtual yang dibayangkan. Menggunakan pendekatan etnografi digital, data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam dan observasi digital, lalu dianalisis menggunakan analisis tematik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa identifikasi terbentuk melalui tiga dimensi: inti, konten, dan perilaku. Proses identifikasi ini juga dipengaruhi oleh faktor seperti interaksi parasosial, ukuran dan demografi anggota fandom, serta audiens yang dibayangkan. Penggemar membangun citra fandom yang dewasa melalui afiliasi emosional, bahasa khusus, serta ekspresi diri dalam profil dan twit menggunakan akun khusus penggemar. Penanda seperti ini berfungsi untuk membedakan diri dengan fandom lain dan membentuk citra kolektif positif. Budaya partisipatif menjadi elemen penting dalam memperkuat keterhubungan antar anggota fandom. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Stan Twitter bukan hanya tempat afeksi terhadap idola, melainkan menjadi ruang dinamis bagi penggemar untuk mengonstruksi identitas kolektif melalui partisipasi aktif di media digital.
