Implementasi Algoritma Multi-Attribute Decision Making untuk Scoring Open Recruitment Organisasi

Abstract


Keberhasilan serta kelangsungan hidup pada organisasi sangat dipengaruhi oleh kualitas Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) yang berada dalam ruang lingkup organisasi. Terdapat suatu bidang ilmu yang dapat diterapkan untuk membantu proses manajemen SDM pada organisasi khususnya dalam proses perekrutan penerimaan SDM yaitu Teknik Pendukung Keputusan Multi-Attribute Decision Making (MADM) yang dapat digunakan untuk membantu proses perekrutan dengan mencari alternatif terbaik dari sejumlah kriteria. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan beberapa metode MADM yaitu SMART, SMARTER, MOORA, TOPSIS, dan PROMETHEE. Adapun hasil percobaan pada metode SMARTER dan PROMETHEE memiliki kesamaan peringkat data alternatif yang sama oleh A4 dengan nilai berturut-turut 0.363 dan 0.406. Sedangkan pada metode SMART, MOORA dan TOPSIS memiliki kesamaan peringkat nilai tertinggi oleh A14 dengan nilai 0.878, 0.314 dan 0.715. Selanjutnya, pada peringkat terendah oleh A15 dengan nilai berdasarkan tertinggi hingga terendah yaitu SMART 0.240, SMARTER 0.169, MOORA 0.163, TOPSIS 0.039 dan -0.552 untuk PROMETHEE. Dari hasil uji sensitivitas, metode PROMETHEE merupakan metode terbaik karena menghasilkan dua nilai terendah pada uji sensitivitas dengan nilai terendah sebesar -0,012.
