Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Transformasional terhadap Kinerja Karyawan melalui Keterikatan Kerja

Abstract


Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional
terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan keterikatan kerja sebagai variabel mediasi. Subjek
penelitian adalah 120 karyawan tetap yang bekerja di perusahaan swasta sektor jasa di
Indonesia, yang dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Penelitian ini
menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Data dikumpulkan melalui
kuesioner yang mengukur kepemimpinan transformasional, keterikatan kerja, dan kinerja
karyawan. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan analisis jalur (path analysis) dengan
bantuan perangkat lunak statistik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan
transformasional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Selain itu,
kepemimpinan transformasional juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap
keterikatan kerja. Keterikatan kerja terbukti berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap
kinerja karyawan serta memediasi secara parsial hubungan antara kepemimpinan
transformasional dan kinerja karyawan. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan
kepemimpinan transformasional dapat meningkatkan kinerja karyawan secara langsung
maupun tidak langsung melalui peningkatan keterikatan kerja. Penelitian ini diharapkan
dapat memberikan kontribusi teoretis dalam bidang psikologi industri dan organisasi serta
implikasi praktis bagi perusahaan dalam mengembangkan gaya kepemimpinan yang efektif
