HUBUNGAN KOMITMEN ORGANISASI DENGAN ORGANIZATIONAL CITIZENSHIP BEHAVIOR PADA GURU SMA DI KABUPATEN PELALAWAN
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between Organizational Commitment with Organizational Citizenship Behavior in high school teachers in Pelalawan Regency. This study is a form of quantitative correlational research using multiple linear analysis techniques. Participants in this study were 243 teachers in Pelalawan Regency. The measuring instruments used in this study were the first two scales of the Organizational Citizenship Behavior scale from Organ (1988) and Organizational Commitment from Allen and Meyer (2013). The results of multiple regression analysis show that the test of the relationship between each dimension of organizational commitment and Organizational Citizenship Behavior produces an F value of 15.011, Sig 0.000 (P = 0.000). The hypothesis proposed in this study is accepted, meaning that when the teacher's commitment is high, the organizational citizenship behavior is also high; conversely, when the teacher has a low organizational commitment, the organizational citizenship behavior in the teacher is also low. 3 Organizational commitment only contributed to organizational citizenship behavior in high school teachers in Pelalawan Regency by 5.9%, while 94.1% was influenced by other variables not examined in this study.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan komitmen organisasi dengan Organizational Citizenship Behavior pada Guru SMA Di Kabupaten Pelalawan. Penelitian ini merupakan suatu bentuk penelitian kuantitatif korelasional dengan menggunakan teknik analisis linier berganda. Partisipan dalam penelitian ini merupakan 243 guru di Kabupaten Pelalawan. Alat ukur yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu dua skala pertama skala Organizational Citizenship Behavior dari Organ (1988) dan Komitmen Organisasi dari Allen dan Mayer (2013). Hasil analisis regresi berganda, diketahui bahwa pengujian hubungan masing-masing dimensi komitmen organisasi dengan Organizational Citizenship Behavior menghasilkan nilai F 15.011 Sig 0.000 (P=0,000). Dengan demikian hipotesis yang diajukan dalam penelitian ini diterima, artinya ketika komitmen guru tinggi maka Organizational Citizenship Behaviornya juga tinggi, sebaliknya ketika guru memiliki komitmen organisasi rendah maka Organizational Citizenship Behavior pada guru juga rendah. Komitmen Organisasi hanya memberikan kontribusi kepada Organizational Citizenship Behavior pada guru SMA di Kabupaten Pelalawan sebesar 5,9%. sedangkan 94,1% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.
