Estimasi Survival dan Fungsi Hazard Pasien Sirosis Hati Menggunakan Pendekatan Distribusi Eksponensial pada Penyesoran Tipe II

Sirosis hati masih menjadi pertahanan klinis yang mempengaruhi kualitas hidup pasien dan memerlukan pemahaman prognosis yang komprehensif. Upaya menghemat waktu hidup pasien dapat mendukung tenaga medis dalam merancang intervensi serta mengoptimalkan alokasi sumber daya. Penelitian ini menggunakan model distribusi eksponensial dengan pendekatan penyensoran tipe II untuk mengestimasi kelangsungan hidup pasien sirosis hati berdasarkan data publik Mayo Clinic yang mencakup 33 rekaman waktu hidup dan status kematian. Metode parametrik diterapkan untuk menentukan nilai parameter eksponensial serta memproyeksikan fungsi survival dan hazard. Hasil uji Kolmogorov–Smirnov menunjukkan kesesuaian data dengan asumsi model eksponensial. Berdasarkan estimasi, rata-rata waktu hidup pasien (Estimasi Mean Time To Failure) mencapai sekitar 3351,565 hari dengan tingkat hazard konstan sebesar 0,000298, dan interval kepercayaan 95% menempatkan waktu hidup antara 2314,304 hingga 5287,106 hari. Temuan ini diharapkan dapat memperkaya literatur statistik kesehatan dan menjadi acuan bagi penelitian analisis kelangsungan hidup di masa mendatang.References
