Peer Supervision Model in Guidance and Counseling
Abstract
Supervisi memiliki peran penting dalam pengembangan profesional konselor dalam bimbingan dan konseling. Penelitian ini mengkaji pengembangan model supervisi sejawat berbasis teori diri (self theory) dan dukungan sejawat (peer support theory). Artikel ini menjelaskan pendekatan konseptual model ini, serta manfaatnya dalam meningkatkan kompetensi profesional dan refleksi diri konselor. Kajian ini memberikan kontribusi terhadap pengembangan pendekatan supervisi yang mendukung pengembangan pribadi dan profesional konselor.
