Abstract


Artikel ini membahas transformasi manajemen pendidikan di Era Society 5.0 dengan fokus pada strategi adaptasi dan peningkatan kualitas pembelajaran. Melalui tinjauan literatur dan analisis konsep-konsep kunci, penelitian ini menyajikan hasil penelitian yang menunjukkan perlunya integrasi teknologi digital, pengembangan kurikulum yang relevan, peran guru yang inovatif, dan keterlibatan stakeholder untuk memastikan pendidikan efektif dalam menghadapi dinamika masyarakat modern.
