Model Kesuksesan Penerapan ERP Di PT CPI dengan Pendekatan Model UTAUT

Abstract


Pada saat perusahaan memutuskan untuk mengimplementasikan sistem Enterprise Resources Planning (ERP), penerimaan sistem oleh pengguna perlu diperhatikan, untuk mengetahui keberhasilan pengimplementasian sistem, maka dilakukan penelitian dengan pendekatan model Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT).

Terdapat enam variabel laten exogeneous yang diteliti yaitu performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social inluence, organization facilitating conditions, JDE team quality dan managerial intervention. Variabel ERP symbolic adoption digunakan sebagai variabel laten endogenous, dan attitude toward ERP system use sebagai variabel intervening. Dan dua variabel moderating yaitu age dan experience. Metode Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dipilih untuk pengujian hipotesis.

Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel-variabel yang mempengaruhi kesuksesan pengimplementasian ERP di PT CPI adalah performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, managerial intervention dan JDE team quality. Dalam hal ini age belum dapat dijadikan moderating, karena perbandingan sampel antara younger worker dan older worker tidak seimbang, dan perlu penelitian lebih lanjut untuk membuktikan pengaruhnya terhadap model penelitian.
